The divided primary bath of a deck house is renovated to become a more connected, minimalist and serene space with a generously sized shower. Teeing off the Japanese aesthetic of the former bathroom and row of rectangular windows, we introduced a Zen aesthetic with material and design choices. The space features a wall pass-thru connecting the two vanities and a custom sliding door with frosted glass. Glass pebble and stacked glass subway tiles contrast with olive stone slab elements in the shower. Crisp white quartz counter tops stage shapely Toto sinks and Grohe faucets.
